Noah’s Place began with a simple question in 2019: “If I open a restaurant… can we really do it?” When Noah found a small space beside a laundromat, he immediately saw the potential. He already had a clear vision—how the food should taste, how the kitchen should run, and how the space should feel. When he asked if we could make it happen, the answer was simple: yes, we were going to try. The process wasn’t easy. Reaching the owner took time, but nothing felt impossible. Noah made a bold move—he gave his two weeks’ notice and committed fully to building what would become Noah’s Place. ✨ Building Through Uncertainty ✨ By February 2020, we secured the space and Noah got to work. Then the world changed. COVID hit. Offices and schools shut down. Permits were delayed. But Noah never stopped. Even working in the cold and while sick, he pushed forward, saying, “If I don’t do it, nobody is going to come out here and do it for me.” On May 15, 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, Noah’s Place opened its doors. Against all odds, the community showed up, and that tiny location quickly became a spot people loved and supported. ✨ Why “Noah’s Place”? ✨ We tried other names, but nothing fit. Noah had poured his heart, hands, and vision into every detail. This wasn’t just a restaurant—it was his dream. So we named it Noah’s Place. ✨ Growing the Vision ✨ Months later, Noah discovered a new location. With the same spark, he said, “I see it. I know exactly how it can be.” Once again, the owner believed in Noah and trusted us to grow. ✨ Legacy in Motion ✨ Now in 2026, Noah’s passion is stronger than ever. Noah’s Place has grown into two homes—the restaurant and Noah’s on Wheels, our food truck serving surrounding communities. Our children see his dedication and are inspired to continue the legacy. This is more than a business. This is a dream that keeps growing. And this is only the beginning 🤩
